Membership is earned across a matrix - not a single credential.
There’s no one hard gate, like a published book. Every applicant is scored against a weighted scorecard, so evidence stacks across paths. That’s how an experienced operator and a published academic qualify on equal footing.
The membership matrix
Four criteria, weighted. Every applicant answers to each one directly, with specific evidence - not a free-text pitch.
Weights are a working draft, recalibrated as real candidates are scored.
What we ask of members
Reviews per month
A minimum of two papers reviewed each month, ongoing, to remain active. Capacity is asked directly at invite stage - a distracted expert is worse for a fast-moving network than an available one.
Reviews to graduate
Five completed reviews move a member from invited, provisional standing to full membership. Standing is earned through review work, not granted at the door.
Invites in your domain
Each member may invite five to ten experts in their own field. Invited candidates are still screened against the matrix - an invitation opens the door, it doesn’t bypass the door.
The invite & attribution model
Connections are built only through invitation. Everyone a member invites becomes a visible, attributed part of that member’s network, and each member’s profile shows who brought them in - so the whole network reads as a traceable trust chain, not a flat directory.
That makes the invite meaningful. Inviters carry standing accountability for who they bring in: a pattern of low-quality or inactive invitees reflects on the inviter’s own reputation, not just the invitee’s. Vetting is upstream, at the gate - and the network keeps it honest.
