The Wattle Quorum certifies AI research. Members submit plain-English, evidence-cited papers; each one is scored by three independent reviewers against a fixed rubric. Papers that clear the bar earn a portable certificate.
How certification works
Submit
A member submits a plain-English, evidence-cited paper, with a required disclosure of how any AI was used in it.
Three reviewers score
At least three independent members score the paper against the same five-criterion rubric, with written comments on each.
A tier is awarded
The averaged score sets one of three outcomes: certified - peer reviewed, certified with revisions noted, or not certified.
Who belongs here
Membership isn’t gated by a single credential. Published academics and experienced builders and operators qualify on equal footing - scored across a weighted matrix, not a one-line qualification.

The certificate
Clear review and the paper earns a distinct, portable mark. It certifies the work - it doesn’t host it. Publish it anywhere: SSRN, your own site, your paper.
Every member’s network is visible and attributed - who invited whom is part of the record, so the whole thing reads as a traceable trust chain, not a flat directory.
